After 3 months of meeting with a number of very qualified coaches but not feeling that connection and almost ready to park the search for another 12 months I met Den for a coffee and a chat. I knew after that meeting that Den was the right fit, we covered everything important to me in that session and signing Den up as my coach was one of the easiest decisions I’ve made in my personal and business life. We were in a turnaround situation and time was at a premium but I’ve never struggled to find time for my coaching sessions.

Denis has been my coach since early 2019 and has been a great support, I’ve gained so much insight into myself and what drives me, I’ve benefited from his considerable experience in high level roles, gained some new strategic ideas and I’ve even re discovered my running trainers and have someone I know I can pick the phone up to whenever I need it.
